At CrownLuxe Studios, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the delivery date (for online orders) or the purchase date (for in-person sales).
Refunds or returns will only be considered if the product has not been used, opened, or damaged.
Requests made after 7 business days will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
CrownLuxe Studios takes full responsibility for any errors made on our end, including but not limited to sending the wrong item or an incorrect order. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
Please be ready to provide a receipt and confirmation number for the order. as well as an image of the item(s).
2. Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:

Any opened or used hair products
These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Merchandise & Hair Accessories
Merchandise and hair accessories may be eligible for return only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

The return request is made within 7 business days
Approved returns may receive store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
5. In-Person Sales
All purchases made during in-person events, pop-ups, or local sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
6. Shipping Costs

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to incorrect shipping information are not eligible for a refund.
