1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed before shipment.

  • Handmade Hair & Scalp Oils:
    Due to the handmade nature of our oils, please allow up to 2 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Merchandise & Hair Accessories:
    Merch and accessories are typically processed and shipped by the next business day after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes approximately 5–6 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, location, or unforeseen delays.

CrownLuxe Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CrownLuxe Studios is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

CrownLuxe Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local carrier directly for further assistance.

7. International Shipping
